This week’s pick is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. This is one of my absolute favorites that I always go back to whenever I’m in an unsettling situation or lacking hope. Eckhart discusses the intense power of living in the present, how we create our own suffering and how to let go of ego, fear, worry and resentment.
