Returns conditions: All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.

Any items purchased in store can only be returned in store. Online orders cannot be returned in store.

The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.

- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days. 
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. For US orders, the shipping fees related to the return will be deducted from refund. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
- You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
